How do we govern for the long haul? Humans are manipulating the planet in ways that will play out for centuries, but our decision-making is often myopic and localized. The few concerted global responses to the climate crisis we have been able to muster are torturously slow, while the fires, floods, and storms seem to get more deadly every year. Join us for a conversation about how we can use science fiction, storytelling and imagination to contend with the wicked problems of the twenty-first century and start thinking, planning, and acting for the long term.
