Submitted by KimonOn April 16, 2015, U-T Talks hosted a free event exclusively for subscribers with one of the greatest living science-fiction writers, Kim Stanley Robinson at the Duane Roth Auditorium at Sanford Consortium. Robinson sat down with U-T science reporter Gary Robbins and discussed everything from how he plots stories about the future to his concerns about climate change on Earth and whether manned journeys to Mars are likely over the next decade. All attendees received a copy of Robinson's new novel, "2312".
